Southern Cross Consulting Ltd supplies high quality chlorination products to discerning New Zealand customers. Backed by 30 years of water industry knowledge and ‘hands-on’ experience, we provide a bespoke engineering design to match our products to your project requirements.
To assist customers, and ensure a successful and reliable performance of our chlorination products, Southern Cross Consulting Ltd provides design and installation services for our products.
Meet the team
Managing Director
Simon Cartwright
Simon is the Managing Director and Principal Electrical Engineer at Southern Cross Consulting Limited. Previously he was Business Unit Manager and Principal Electrical Engineer for Cardno BTO, managing a team of process, electrical and mechanical engineers that specialise in water and wastewater treatment.
As Principal Electrical/Controls Engineer with over 30 years of experience in design and implementation of electrical and automation systems, he has extensive experience in management of engineering design teams and has advanced technical skills in motor control, instrumentation, and PLC/SCADA software development.
For the last 25 years Simon has worked exclusively in the water industry on a range of projects from minor works to multi-million dollar international projects. Throughout this time he has worked with most water and wastewater treatment processes and the associated equipment, in a project management, design management or implementation role.
